Honourable mention to Allround at the 14th Hungarian Innovation Grand Prize

Budapest, 25 April 2006

Allround's flagship product CeDaR serving 80 million subscribers on 4 continents in 14 countries was recognized as outstanding innovation by the Hungarian Association for Innovation. All sectors of the Hungarian economy were represented among the applications for the Grand Prize - showing the significance of the acknowledgement.

The complex software system developed by Allround received honourable mention at the Hungarian Innovation Grand Prize 2005. This recognition is our customers' and Allround's joint success: the increasing number of clients provides for our continuous business development while customer needs help us in directing our efforts of innovation.

There were 38 applicants for the prize, all presenting significant national innovations - Suzuki's Swift, Offset Repeater developed by T-Mobile Hungary, introduction of IP based communication at T-Com Hungary - to name a few. The innovations - new products, new processes or new services - were ranked by originality, extra profit realized and social usefulness.

CeDaR is a powerful, interactive application, with a graphical user interface that supports revenue assurance, service development, testing and auditing processes of telecom operators. CeDaR supports the following targeted scenarios:

The testing of CDR processing systems
Creation of any CDR format
Automatically generating further applications

The innovation created multiple, worldwide unique achievements that resulted in significant export revenue.

The prizes were presented in the Hungarian Parliament on 31^th March, 2006. The charter of the honourable mention was handed to Mr. László Kiss, CEO of Allround by Mr. Závodszky Péter, President of the Hungarian Innovation Foundation in the presence of Mr. László Sólyom President of the Republic of Hungary and Mr. János Kóka, Minister of Economy and Transport.
