According to the agreement, TÜV SÜD will bring the local presence and market knowledge and also their expertise in various industries and services, while Allround will provide the necessary technology including the World Billing Awarded stability testing and their global telecom knowledge.

As the first step of this partnership a trial project has been carried out at a major Chinese mobile operator to analyze and measure the quality of their CDR processing. The report focused both on their GSM and CDMA technologies. The methodology used includes the elements such as CeDaR based analysis and testing to avoid revenue loss and keep the quality of the entire processing flow on high quality standard.
