TADIG, the working group of
the GSM Association in charge of the roaming data interchange specifications
held its 63rd plenary meeting in Budapest
between 22-24 May. Allround was the proud host of this successful event where several upcoming GSMA standards were approved.
The most significant issue is the new standard to combat roaming fraud: the
Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange (NRTRDE). All GSM operators shall comply
with these new requirements by 1 October 2008.
