NRTRDE workshop
Since roaming fraud means a serious problem for mobile operators the GSM Association has decided the mandatory implementation of a new standard to combat it - the Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange (NRTRDE). All GSMA members should have an up and running solution for NRTRDE by 1 October 2008. Having successfully organized several NRTRDE workshops during 2007 with totally 35 participants from 18 countries, representing 24 mobile operators Allround decided to have several new events at various locations to further discuss the hot topics around NRTRDE implementations. Experts are invited for a roundtable discussion to exchange their thoughts and plans about how to ensure the winning strategy to change to the new standard.
