Allround at the Mobile World Congress
Allround at Billing & Information Management Systems 2007
It was the fourth time in a row Allround exhibited at the Billing & Information Management Systems 2007 exhibition/conference in London between 6 - 8 June. More than 100 key industry players visited our stand and showed keen interest in our solutions especially in NRTRDE and Billing Testing solutions.
During the conference Mr. László Harsányi, Director of the Billing and CRM Directorate at Magyar Telekom/T-Com spoke about stability testing, the methodology that won us the World Billing Awards 2006 in the Best Revenue Assurance/Management project category.
GSMA TADIG #63 plenary in Budapest hosted by ALLROUND
TADIG, the working group of the GSM Association in charge of the roaming data interchange specifications held its 63rd plenary meeting in Budapest between 22-24 May. Allround was the proud host of this successful event where several upcoming GSMA standards were approved.
With more than 80 participants the meeting produced the highest turnout of recent TADIG meetings. Delegates represented 35 countries and 54 companies from all over the world.
As a reminder we retrospect to the event with section of pictures:

Allround at the 3GSM World Congress 2007
This year 3GSM in Barcelona was an event with some clear messages ‘wifi’ and ‘convergence’.
It seems that each year we are getting closer to enhanced data services as the number of mobile data content providers at the event is increasing.
As the data service takes a higher stake in each mobile operator the complexity of billing such services also increases. This year we had a great interest in our billing testing solution as both integrators and operators realise there is risk involved in moving over to converged billing systems.
Allround at Gala Reception of Next Generation Billing, Charging and Customer Management conference in Munich
Allround attended in the beginning of December 2006 the Gala Reception of Next Generation Billing, Charging and Customer Management conference in Munich where a full house was in attendance to mark this year’s awards. We were pretty delighted to receive the significant title of winner at the World Billing Awards 2006.
Mr. László Harsányi, Director of the Billing and CRM Directorate at Magyar Telekom/T-Com spoke about stability testing, the methodology that won us the prize.
It was good to see so many key players of the industry at the event and the hot topic under discussion was the challenge of introducing new value based services and consequently the challenge of billing these new products.
Data Retention Suppliers Day
Allround was invited to Data Retention Suppliers Day organized by Home Office and DTI.
The exhibition was about the EU data retention directive which puts in the spotlight the approaching data retention obligations.
Allround at Billing Systems 2006
For the third time in a row Allround exhibited at the Billing & Information Management Systems 2006 conference in London 7-9 June. Our stand was as busy a place as ever and our applications for Billing System Testing, CDR Handling and Analysis, TAP Conversion, Roaming Management, Fraud Detection, and Revenue Management were all displayed in action. The event was to become even more memorable for us when the winners of the World Billing Awards 2006 in the Best Revenue Assurance/Management project were announced: the joint application of Magyar Telekom's T-Com business line and Allround took the prize!

Allround at the 3GSM World Congress
Allround enjoyed a highly successful 3GSM World Congress 2006 as an exhibitor at the Hungarian National Stand. The event produced the highest ever attendance making it the biggest show of the global mobile industry.
The official opening ceremony of the Hungarian National Stand was held by Mr. Mihály Jambrik, Administrative State Secretary of the Ministry of Informatics and Communications.
The stand was a busy place during the 4 days of the event, with many live on-site product demonstrations. We received positive feedback for our new product announcements at the show including the brand new Allround Mediation Framework and especially our XDR Store application that helps telecom operators meet legal requirements regarding the safe and structured collection and storage of call detail records. The experts we have met fully grasped the implications of traffic data retention and agreed that operators need to deal with this issue much earlier than they might have planned.
Apart from the product demonstrations on the stand we challenged the exhibition visitors to join us for a game of Tantrix, which proved to be very popular with participants.
Continuing its global expansion, Allround has signed several partnership agreements at the show to boost our global presence and help to meet our aggressive sales targets in 2006. One of our new partners is Revector from the UK, the company’s CEO Andy Gent stated: “It was good to see the continual development of new and innovative products at the GSM conference in Barcelona. Allround’s suite of products compliments Revector’s GSM Gateway Bypass solutions and detection expertise and these will bring an added dimension to our clients worldwide.”
Allround is next to exhibit at Billing & Information Management Systems 2006 in London 7-9 June and of course we’ll be back in Barcelona next year.
