These CeDaR Utilities convert TAP1
and TAP2 files to TAP3.10.
This
CeDaR Utility converts CDR files of the previous TAP3 releases to TAP3.10 back
and forth.The following TAP3 releases are supported by these CeDaR Utilities:

CeDaR Utility converts TAP3 files into XML format.

Utility generates statistics (based on record-types, timestamps, called/calling
numbers etc.) from data in TAP3 files.

Utility replaces user specific information with neutral data in the call
records, so the data sent to third party developer companies will not contain
sensible data.The TAP3 Anonymizer Utility is available for three TAP3 versions:
3.4; 3.9; 3.10
TAP 3.10 Called Number Converter replaces the value of the
Called Number field with a value generated by converting the Dialled Digits
field to international format.
