Working in the telecom sector since 1990, László Kiss has been Managing Director of ALLROUND since 1995. His career highlights include: taking part in the launch of the first Hungarian mobile telephony system; the development and launch of GSM services and associated billing systems, the launch of the first GSM service in the Slovak Republic; his contribution to the first European mobile IN solution; development of billing systems for the world's first commercially available MMS service and assisting in TDMA-GSM migration projects in Canada and Brazil.

György Tóth joined Allround in 2007 and has been holding Managing Director position since the end of that year. He spent his entire career in the telecom sector since 1990 in different management positions. His previous jobs covered almost the whole spectrum of supplier side activities from developing TDM exchanges through establishing VoIP networks and contact centers to the implementation of balanced scorecard system for operators.
