BH Telecom, the market
leader mobile operator in Bosnia Herzegovina chose to deploy Allround's TAP
Solution for the introduction of the TAP3 standard in its GSM Billing
System.
The TAP Solution is a very thoroughly tested, robust application that proved its worth in several similar reference projects. BH Telecom, Joint Stock Company, Sarajevo is a state owned operator with 10% public share. It is the number one GSM operator in Bosnia Herzegovina with 52% market share and serving 750,000 mobile subscribers of which 15% are postpaid. BH Telecom has deployed GPRS and EDGE technologies and has plans to implement WiFi technology with US TDA.
Celtel Nigeria (former Vmobile), one of the fastest growing operators in the country
selected Allround's TAP Solution as its new Roaming Management system.
The highly reliable TAP Solution allows Celtel Nigeria to introduce new services quickly to the market to get ahead of its competitors. It enables the management of all roaming aspects with unlimited operator connections and ensures Vmobile is always "TAP-to-date". Celtel Nigeria is a telecommunications company providing GSM services in Nigeria. Incorporated in 2000, the company on August 5, 2001 became the first GSM Company to launch its services in Nigeria. It currently has 12.7 Million (March 2008) active subscribers with coverage in over 600 towns and 8000 communities across the six geopolitical zones of the country. The company is a subsidiary of Zain Group, an international telecommunication company headquartered in Kuwait.
T-Com, the
market-leader fixed-line operator in Hungary and a subsidiary of the Deutsche
Telekom group selected Allround’s CeDaR application for testing and verifying their
Billing System. As part of the legislation the operator is obliged to meet a
legal requirement (specified in the 345/2004 Government Act), which states that
“telecom operators have to prove that their billing is accurate and customer
rights are respected in the process”.The key factors for selecting CeDaR for this project were the application’s proven quality, reliability and Allround’s 10-year expertise in CDR handling. Apart from the need for short delivery – T-Com had to comply with the requirements by 1 January 2006 – another essential element for the selection was the ability to handle all of their nine CDR formats with one single application. Purchasing CeDaR, T-Com already had the future in mind: the operator intends to use the application for their migration to an IP-based network, which is one of their major strategic goals. Vimpelcom, the second biggest
mobile operator of the rapidly growing Russian market, selected Allround’s
CeDaR application for CDR
processing testing purposes.Vimpelcom was looking for a reliable solution to reach a higher level of automation of its testing processes. They wanted to use the same testing methodology for all their different types of switches to have a more transparent system to work with. The main reason for selecting CeDaR was to meet the high demand for testing generated by this rapid growth and to revolutionize the procedure itself. At the same time, Vimpelcom took advantage of several other key functionalities of CeDaR, too. Vimpelcom, operating under the brand name Beeline, is a major contender in one of the fastest growing mobile markets of the world, almost doubling its customer base to more than 38 Million subscribers in the course of one single year (Sept. 30. 2004 - Sept. 30. 2005). As of June 1, 2006, there were 50.0 million subscribers on VimpelCom's network. MTN Yemen (former Spacetel) has selected
Allround's TAP Solution as
its new roaming management system. The TAP Solution will present Spacetel with
the latest TAP version and comprehensive features to allow the definition and
management of advanced roaming services. The solution will also facilitate the
introduction of prepaid and GPRS roaming that will aid the operator in acquiring
new customers. The TAP Solution empowers MTN Yemen to gain full control over its TAP processes for the long-term. It is an investment that guarantees an in-house competence enabling the operator to successfully manage future TAP changes. MTN Yemen is the leading mobile (GSM) operator in Yemen. The company is a subsidiary of MTN Group, an international telecommunication company headquartered in South Africa. Globul of Bulgaria, one of
the fastest developing operators in Europe has selected Allround’s CeDaR application to enhance the
operator’s capabilities in handling the TAP processing workflow.CeDaR will empower Globul to easily introduce new roaming partners solving all related tasks such as testing, data analysis and error correction. As far as the operational aspect is concerned the main agenda is to repair and modify erroneous TAP3 files. Additionally, CeDaR will provide the operator with effective support when migrating to TAP3.11. Globul is the trade mark under which Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile EAD offers mobile telecommunications services in Bulgaria. The company is 100% owned by the leading mobile telecommunications company in Greece and premier operator in SE Europe, COSMOTE. The Mobile GSM900 cellular network in Egypt is operated by The Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (ECMS), an Egyptian public company. There are over 6,9 million subscribers using Mobinil's services in Egypt today. Invoicia has
